THE SPACE
Living space is an open family room to the kitchen and dining areas. The family room offers a large screen smart TV 2 and two side chairs and a queen size sleeper sofa.

Kitchen is nicely equipped with a single serve coffee maker, plenty of pots, pans, blender and baking sheets.

Bedroom Layout: Primary Bedroom is first down the hall. It has a king size bed, adjoining bathroom with a separate shower, jetted tub and two sinks.

Across the hall is a shared guest bathroom with a single sink and combination tub/shower. At the end of the hall are two additional guest bedrooms. One has a queen size bed. Second guest bedroom has a full-size bed and twin single size bunk beds. All bedrooms have smart TV's

Located in the side courtyard is a 12 X 28 inground pool. The outside cabana features a toilet closet, sink and small beverage refrigerator.

We supply a starter supply of bath soaps, laundry detergent and dish detergent.
Linens and bath towels provided.

Note this home has a doorbell camera for security. Of course, there are no cameras in private spaces or the pool area.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We had such a good time here, and this has been one of our favorite rentals. You cannot beat the location and amenities this place offers. We had a last minute change of plans for our family vacation, and was able to book this place with no issue the day of. This was our second time staying at Everlasting Moon and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The property is just beautiful. Very private yet within minutes to everything. This home is in the perfect location to walk to everything! It is beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and has wrap-around porches and/or fences to give pups or kids lots of room to roam, while mom and dad can relax and enjoy the view. We will be back!

This house had everything we needed and more! The pics don’t do it justice - it’s the perfect home for a family vacation! We had a blast at “Everlasting Moon.” The home is clean and well-appointed, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in (seriously, what kind of mattress is that, Ryan?!?), the pool is spacious (and even bigger than it looks in pics), checkout instructions are the easiest I’ve ever encountered, the hosts are easy to reach and super accommodating, and the location is awesome for getting around the island! Oh, and I LOVE the master bathtub! It’s enormous and deep and perfect for relaxing with a book and a beer. In fact, it rained for 36 hours straight at one point so the kids put on their swim suits and got in the tub with their pool toys - perfect! We go to St. Simon’s at least once a year and always use Airbnb, and this house is definitely one of our favorites ever! Absolutely no complaints at all! We will return to stay in this home many, many times…

Alex was incredibly friendly, prompt to response abd extremely helpful from beginning to end. Everlasting Moon property met all our expectations and beyond. It's a beautiful, immaculate property and upon entering house guests can expect to feel right at home and at ease. Beautiful neighborhood. Everyone was so friendly--either permanent residents or guests at other surrounding properties, everyone was very friendly--walking bynthemselves or with pets. By the way, perfect if you have a pet. Our Shih Tzu was very at ease during our stay--which was much to our surprise as he tends to be very anxious. Can't say enough--our dear friends and us had the most wonderful stay at St. Simon's Island Everlasting Moon. We'll stay again for sure. Thanks to Alex and her extraordinary customer service and to the owner's for having such a lovely property. All the best and cheers for a great 2023! Home ocated in a very quiet neighborhood that was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The beautiful East Beach is less than a five-minute drive away. Three vehicles can be parked out front. House and amentities were exactly as described in the listing. Some of the photos online don't really show how beautiful this place is. Our family of five really enjoyed the three nights we spent there and had plenty of space to enjoy the stay. We did not use the pool as the weather was a bit chilly. All in all, highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was crisp and clean. We felt right at home. We 110% recommend this place to everyone. You will not get a cleaner house anywhere! LOVE this house. Spacious but still cozy in a beach cottage vibe kind of way. Quiet neighborhood that's close to downtown shops and restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. My husband and I were really impressed by little details like labels on all the light switches and three different firmness levels of pillows (per two people) on the primary bed. The pool area was beautiful and the screen-in side porch was a terrific bonus area. One of our favorite features - The primary shower. The water pressure is amazing. This is our go-to place when we visit St. Simons now.
