Welcome to Fabulous on 14th & Fabulous Little Sister—your East Beach retreat near Gould's Inlet! Sleeps up to 12 in the main house and 6 more in the guest house, with private bathrooms for every bedroom. Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen, then enjoy the pool year-round with optional heating.

Don’t need as much space, but love Fabulous on 14th, there is an option to rent the main house only.

Fabulous on 14th Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Bedroom 1 – Primary, King, TV, pool side entrance (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 1 – Primary, Ensuite with double vanity, shower and separate water closet

Bedroom 2 – King, TV (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 3 – Adjoins the Twin room, but can also share in the hall, single sink and shower

Two additional guest bedrooms are located in the back of the home and are located upstairs. There is an additional living space for the two guest bedrooms, that has a smart TV, microwave, single serve coffee maker and mini refrigerator.

Bedroom 4 – Upstairs, Queen (sleeps 2)

Bathroom 4 – Ensuite, single sink and shower

Bedroom 5 – Upstairs, Bunk Room, Queen over Queen (sleeps 4)

Bathroom 5 – Ensuite, single sink, combination tub/shower

Fabulous Little Sister:

Need more space? Fabulous Little Sister is a great addition for a larger group. The guest house is just a few steps away from the main house with a separate entrance. Close enough to be together but separate for a little more privacy. There is a fully equipped kitchen, TV Room, and laundry in Fabulous Little Sister.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Legacy Collection Home: This home is part of the Lighthouse Legacy Collection, a celebrated group of St. Simons Island's original beach cottages. Built in the 1930s and 1940s, these homes have been thoughtfully restored to preserve their historic character while offering modern comforts and preserving the architectural charm that makes them unique. Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
