Some booking sites charge Service Fees to you as the guest.  This Service Fee is displayed as part of the booking process and is part of the pricing you approve upon booking.  Note that the booking website (ie: HomeAway, VRBO, TripAdivsor, FlipKey, Airbnb, etc.) will charge this fee to you directly and it will appear on your credit card statement as charged by the website – Lighthouse Vacations does not charge this fee.
