The spacious common area is beautifully decorated in coastal décor, and includes everything you and your family need for a relaxing beach vacation. The master suite has a king size bed with private bath and features a single vanity, step in shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom is a queen with an en-suite bath, single vanity and step in shower. The family room includes a queen pull out bed from the sofa. . This condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The sunroom is also a overlooking the garden and winding lagoon with turtles, fish, and bird watching for the nature lover. You will feel at home and at ease in the comforts and coziness of 211 Harbour Oaks.

Mallery park is within walking distance and provides a basketball court, shuffle boards, tennis courts, baseball/softball fields, play ground, grills, and picnic tables for public use, all shaded by beautiful mossy oaks.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
