THE SPACE
Nestled on the south end of the Island, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, open concept condo is in the gated Harbour Oaks community with a pool. Located just off Mallery it is only 5 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to the Village/Pier/Neptune Park. The spacious common area is beautifully decorated in coastal décor, and includes everything you and your family need for a relaxing beach vacation. The master suite has a king size bed with private bath and features a single vanity, step in shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom is a queen with an en-suite bath, single vanity and step in shower. The family room includes a queen pull out bed from the sofa. . This condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The sunroom is also a overlooking the garden and winding lagoon with turtles, fish, and bird watching for the nature lover. You will feel at home and at ease in the comforts and coziness of 211 Harbour Oaks.

Mallery park is within walking distance and provides a basketball court, shuffle boards, tennis courts, baseball/softball fields, play ground, grills, and picnic tables for public use, all shaded by beautiful mossy oaks.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Very very nice property. Owner has taken great pride in this place and we were very happy. Starter stuff in kitchen and bathrooms beyond typical in many places we’ve stayed before. The use of natural stuff made by Meyer’s for hand soap was a biggie with my wife loved. Everything needed in the kitchen was there and top quality. That’s not usual in our experience.

Harbour Oaks fit our needs exactly. Pickleball courts just around the corner and the short walk to the village were just what we were looking for. Public access beaches were also within walking distance—a big plus! We loved our stay there, and before we left, we booked another visit in November. Looking forward to the next time!

This was our second time to stay at this condo. We loved it so much last year that we booked it again this year. When you walk through the door, you feel like you are home because the atmosphere is warm and cozy and very welcoming. We really have enjoyed each visit and the host is truly a super host!

Very nice place Has everything you need Turtles and fish in your backyard Great location but you will need to drive or cart to the beach Beds are very comfortable and clean Towards the end of our stay upstairs neighbor came and it was noisy on the top floor every time they walked. Thankfully it was only 1 night since they said they only come twice a yr.

This was a cute little condo! Just what we needed -- walking distance to restaurants, Neptune Park, and the pier. Check in and check out were easy. Ryan was responsive to questions. Condo had everything that we needed, including washer/dryer and a full kitchen with pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils. Would return and recommend.

We had such a great trip staying here! Condo had all the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated and was very clean. We loved how it was tucked away from everything but was still so close to the pier and shops etc. We also enjoyed the condo pool and how quiet it was as night. We will definitely book again!

The condo was perfect! It was well stocked, very clean, had comfortable beds and very close the the pier, parks and village. The pool is great, and the water/ponds throughout Harbour Oaks are so nice. I enjoyed drinking my coffee looking at the water and wildlife in it in the mornings. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable with a nice place to come back to. We will stay again!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen boys) had a great long weekend stay at Harbour Oaks, Unit 211. The condo is so nicely furnished and very well-appointed. We cooked in a few times and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having our own grill on the patio. The location is great! We rented a golf cart and didn't drive our car for 4 days! We drove to various beach accesses and restaurants but just walked to the village. Our boys loved having the park right next door. We started each morning with a long walk, which is one of our favorite things to do at SSI! The condo is very spacious and we appreciated the ample amount of hooks for towels, etc! Can't wait to go back!

We stayed in 211 and ended up having one of the best beach trips our family has ever had! It's walkable to so many restaurants and stores. Super convenient to the Village and Pier. The condo was clean, relaxing, beautiful, well equipped and nicely updated. It's tucked in a private and quiet spot surrounded by water features and shade trees. We rented a golf cart which made beach trips fun and convenient and also enjoyed bikes. We look forward to staying here again and would recommend to anyone!
