The spacious common area is beautifully decorated in coastal décor, and includes everything you and your family need for a relaxing beach vacation. The master suite has a king size bed with private bath and features a single vanity, step in shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom is a queen with an en-suite bath, single vanity and step in shower. The family room includes a queen pull out bed from the sofa. . This condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The sunroom is also a overlooking the garden and winding lagoon with turtles, fish, and bird watching for the nature lover. There are also tennis courts and a fitness center for your use. You will feel at home and at ease in the comforts and coziness of 211 Harbour Oaks.

Mallery park is within walking distance and provides a basketball court, shuffle boards, tennis courts, baseball/softball fields, play ground, grills, and picnic tables for public use, all shaded by beautiful mossy oaks.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
