THE SPACE
Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this remarkable property offers a serene escape, just steps from the beach. Take a leisurely walk to the nearby St. Simons Island Pier Village, where you'll find a variety of local restaurants, boutiques, and the iconic 1872 St. Simons Lighthouse. If you're looking for more outdoor fun, visit Neptune Park, featuring an oceanfront pool, water park, playground, and miniature golf.

Inside, the Iconic Round House exudes elegance and charm, making it the ideal space for large family gatherings. Multigenerational groups will appreciate the two luxurious primary king suites and spacious common areas where everyone can gather together. The large private oceanfront pool (approx. 16 ft x 18ft) offers the perfect spot for family fun, and a new pool heater has been added to ensure a comfortable swim, even during cooler months.

The home boasts custom cypress hardwood floors, a magnificent heart pine staircase, and handcrafted wood details throughout. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every room, with oversized plantation shutters, a large skylight, and expansive windows that let in natural light. The spacious layout features a main living area on the second floor, with an open-concept kitchen and dining area that's perfect for meals shared with loved ones.

With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to have their own retreat. The bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the house, and each bedroom has easy access to either private or shared bathrooms.

Beach Access Notice: Please note that the beach adjacent to the property is tide dependent. During high tide, the beach may be partially or completely submerged, and direct beach access from the property may be limited or unavailable until the tide recedes. Beach conditions and accessibility vary throughout the day or season and are subject to tides, weather, erosion, and other natural conditions beyond the owner's or rental agent's control.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the beach access is not guaranteed at all times and that no refund or discounts will be provided due to tidal conditions or other naturally occurring changes affecting beach accessibility.

Elevator: The Elevator is not ADA compliant. It goes to all floors, but the living level floor has several step downs into the kitchen and living room areas. There are not grab bars in these areas.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $600 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
