THE SPACE
Inside the home, you'll find spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all with crisp linens and comfortable mattresses. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large dining table that seats six.

The relaxation begins at the front porch where there are a couple of rocking chairs and a swing.

Enter into the open space of the Kitchen and Living Room. The living room has a sofa, three chairs and is equipped with a smart TV.

Off the living room, behind the stairs is a screened in porch, with a love seat and rocker, overlooking the pool and cabana area.

The natural shaped pool is 12 X 22 and has an option to heat in the cooler months. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio with plenty of lounge area and a grill for outdoor dining After a long day at the beach you can rinse off under the outdoor shower located poolside. The cabana features a 60” TV and a dining table for 6. The pool and cabana area are surrounded by lush tropical plants creating your private oasis.

Back in the home and off the kitchen area behind the stairs is an antique farmhouse table with additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3 guests.

On this main level is a half bathroom, Laundry Room and the entrance to the Master bedroom.

The Master bedroom has a new pillow top queen bed (sleeps 2) and smart TV. There is an adjoining bathroom with a shower and double vanity sinks.

Upstairs you enter a seating area with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a smart TV. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and shares with the guest bedrooms. One of the upstairs guest bedrooms has a queen bed (sleep 2) and the other has double/twin bunk with a double trundle on bottom (sleeps 5). Both guest rooms have with flat screen smart TVs.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
