THE SPACE

Repainted, newly decorated and with an all new master bath, the home is a timeless classic inside and out, with its colonial brick exterior and warm southern charm inside. The house is casual inside, with a hint of classic St Simons style throughout. We're at the corner of 10th and 11th street on East Beach, making us just 3 houses from the best beach access point on East Beach - the 11th street access. The 11th street beach access is not tide dependent, has scenic natural sand dunes, and very little beach traffic - great for a relaxing day at the beach.

The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV with premium cable, and renovated master bath with dual vanities and beautiful new marble shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the 2nd bath, which also has a shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin with a twin trundle.

And lastly, the sun room has a full pullout sofa and lots of natural light. The sun room has french doors to close for privacy and can double as a 4th bedroom.

We have a large kitchen, dining area, and comfortable family room to enjoy time together.

Enjoy our rooftop deck on the 2nd floor, or the a large backyard with a paver patio and fire pit for enjoying a coastal evening.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
