What a cool spot - built as a duplex, you'll have the whole place, giving you double of everything - two kitchens, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. You'll also have a huge pool out back to yourselves and a great location near the beach!
THE SPACE
Fully renovated head to toe - you'll love this state of the art property. Brand new baths, kitchen, light colors, new bedding, and great $45k pool. All just a short walk through a quaint neighborhood to the beach. We're 1000 feet from the Myrtle St beach access. The huge pool out back is ready for you to relax and enjoy!
Double primary bedrooms - each has a comfortable queen bed.
Two bunk rooms, each with a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin XL on top. Twin XL is half of a king size width and full length - large enough for a single adult.
Great beach location, great pool, new everything, huge 65" TVs and cold AC - a piece of paradise!
Pool is approximately 14 x 28ft
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Perfect beach cottage!

Location was amazing, house was super clean. It looked just like the photos! We had a great time swimming in the pool, hanging at the beach, shopping and visiting many different restaurants. Walking distance to everywhere! We'll be back!
Great vacation place

We enjoyed our stay in the duplex! We traveled with friends, and it was so convenient to each have our own space, but to also be together under the same roof. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and it was so nice for it to be just steps from the back door. The location was so convenient to the beach and a lovely short walk though a sweet neighborhood. We had such a good time!

St Simon’s sanctuary

This was one of the cutest places I’ve ever seen! The execution of the mirror image floor plan was brilliant. They really capitalized on the space and layout. The decor was so welcoming, extremely tasteful and yet very family friendly. The quaint neighborhood and location couldn’t be beat. I would love to own it and live there myself!

This place is perfect. The most impressive part is the heated pool. It is a mile walk to St. Simon's visit and a half mile walk to the Barrier Island Brewery. Communication was on point. You will not be disappointed staying here!

This house is perfect symmetry to a T!!! My husband and I stayed in one side and the kiddos had their separate space. They loved having their “OWN little house”, as they called it. We had two of everything and it worked out great. Both sides adjoined so that everyone had plenty of privacy and we could all still be together for all the rest. Great stay, host was on top of everything we needed, and literally super close beach access, like a two minute bike ride. We will definitely be back!

We (all 9 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. The house is beautiful & immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the pool was great. The beach is a short walk. We did not want to leave, and hope to be back next year.

We were 6 adult friends just desperate for some relaxation - and we got it ten-fold! Everything is just right and as described. Our lists of BIG pluses: the pool, 4 private bathrooms, nicely stocked kitchen, TV viewing in every room, easy walk to beach access PLUS easy drive to lots of other beach accesses. The thoughtfulness in updating the home is clear, and the character was retained while bringing it completely updated! I must also applaud Ryan for so graciously, quickly, and thoroughly answering all of my inquiries. Oh - and, if you do not make reservations and eat at Georgia Sea Grill you will be sad.

We loved our stay here. These are attractive twin recently remodeled apartments with a connection in the middle (if desired). It's a Great location in a pretty neighborhood with an easy walk or bike to the beach and into the village. Highly recommend checking out the marshes with Michael at southeast adventure outfitters (book in advance), and renting bikes to travel around.
