Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

The house was spacious, and we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party eight. We enjoyed local restaurants, but also bought some fresh produce and cooked in the kitchen, with plenty of kitchen supplies to meet all of our needs. We loved at the large dining room table, and enjoyed game night Several nights there as well. The location is quiet, and a very quick walk to the beach. we would stay here again!

Our stay was great! We had an issue with tv going out and they were quick to respond and solve the problem even with it being a holiday! Location was great and the golf cart made getting to the beach with kids easy. House was clean and tidy.
