St. Simons Marina is located within Gascoigne Bluff Park along Frederica River. This no-fuss marina offers everything boaters could ask for, including boat launching, long-term boat storage, short-term boat storage, and fishing essentials.

The staff at St. Simons Marina is personable and knowledgable, with many locals noting the easy going atmosphere this marina offers. With affordable pricing as well, St. Simons Marina is a no-brainer for boat owners looking for a place to launch.

St. Simons Marina is open Tuesday-Friday from 6:30 am-5:30 pm and Saturday-Sunday from 6 am-6 pm. It is closed on Mondays.

Hampton River Club Marina

Located along the Hampton River on the north side of the island, Hampton River Club Marina is a full-service marina providing an array of amenities for boat owners and visitors alike.

Boaters can utilize their many vessel services, including boat maintenance, fuel, wet slips, dry stack and trailer storage. The ship store also has everything from gas, diesel, oil, and bait. With friendly staff and full security surveillance, you’ll be sure to feel comfortable and cared for here.

And if you’re looking for boat rentals, this is a great spot for you! Boat rentals and charters are available for sightseeing and fishing trips along the Hampton River. For an unforgettable day, we also recommend visiting Little St. Simons Island by ferry, which departs daily from Hampton River Club Marina.

The Morningstar Marinas at Golden Isles

Morningstar Marinas Golden Isles is a 137-slip marina located along the Frederica River. With easy access to the Atlantic and the ICW, it’s conveniently located for all of your boating needs. The Golden Isles marina is more than just a full-service marina for boaters. It has a range of amenities and entertainment options, from a swimming pool to picnic areas and even an on-site restaurant! You could spend a whole day at Morningstar Marinas and never tire of the activities to do here.

For boaters, the marina offers a wide array of services such as boat detailing, fishing supplies, nautical charts, fuel, laundry facilities, dry storage and wet slips, transient dockage, a dockside pump-out, and even courtesy cars for overnight guests.

It boasts 137 wet slips for boats up to 160 feet. The marina also offers a 1,100-foot transient dock for sailboats, power boats, and yachts. The dockmaster and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, making this marina a reliable spot to dock. If you’re a boat, 206 Marina Drive is the place to be.

Morningstar Marina offers visitors plenty of recreational options even if they never venture from land! The marina grounds is home to a family-friendly swimming pool, a picnic area with public restrooms, and an observation deck for grilling overlooking Frederica River.

And don’t worry – your furry friends are invited to enjoy the marina too! This pet-friendly marina offers a dog park for pets to run around and play.

Morningstar Marina also boasts a ship store that is stocked with everything you might need, from fishing supplies to sunglasses and life jackets to gifts to bring home with you.

They serve up delicious coastal Southern cuisine for brunch, lunch, and dinner. With impeccable waterfront views, Coastal Kitchen invites visitors to taste the freshest local ingredients through its seafood menu.

On their lunch and dinner menus, you’ll find everything from lobster nachos to wild Georgia shrimp and grits to blackened fish. Their weekend brunch menu features popular local dishes, such as their low country omelette with wild Georgia shrimp and their crab cake benedict.

With a fully-stocked bar and event space large enough for any group, Coastal Kitchen is the perfect spot to enjoy local cuisine with a view.

If you’re planning a day trip to neighboring Jekyll Island, be sure to visit Jekyll Harbor Marina as another local marina stop. Located on Georgia’s intracoastal waterway, Jekyll Harbor Marina offers a variety of services for boaters and visitors.
