Our home is just a short stroll or a quick golf cart ride away from the vast sandy beach entrance at the Coast Guard Station. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun, build sandcastles, or enjoy a leisurely beach walk, you'll find it all just moments from your doorstep.

Open-Concept Living Area: The heart of the home features a bright and airy living space, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Enjoy the comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen smart TV.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Create delicious meals in the updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you need. Enjoy your culinary creations at the large dining table or the cozy breakfast bar.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
