Tranquility is a ranch-style home that has been renovated inside and out with all the modern amenities you could ask for and is new to the vacation rental market. This 1950’s charmer is located in the East Beach neighborhood, where you can find many easy beach accesses and vast sandy beaches, whether high or low tides. Tranquility is situated on the western side of East Beach. From here, you can stroll a few steps to Ocean Boulevard and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Salt Marshes of the Glynn. This is truly a peaceful and splendid painting of nature, both locals and visitors appreciate.


THE SPACE

At the entry porch, this is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee and speak with your friendly locals passing by.

Once inside the home you are welcomed into the living room with comfortable seating to lounge back and watch your favorite shows on the large screen Smart HDTV. The living room is open to a dining area with windows galore to view the landscaped yard and fenced in play area.

Just behind the living room is the kithcen that is equipped with a gas range, stainless appliances and everything you need for dining and cooking at home.

In addition to the living room seating are two cushy club chairs and a bar table for four. There is literally a place for everyone to relax in their style.

From many vantage points of the home you can see the vast deck and lawn of lush greenery. You could sip on a refreshing drink while listening to the sounds of birds chirping and leaves rustling in the breeze. Overall, it's a perfect setting for relaxation, socializing, and connecting with nature.

Coming this fall, Pool with an option to heat. Rest assured, construction time will be blocked off in September and October as not to effect your guest experience.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
