The Treehouse - 116 Florence Street

You will adore the charm of our family tree house, located close to the heartbeat of the Village, Pier, Lighthouse and Neptune Park Play area of St. Simons Island. Kids and Adults alike love the nostalgia of The Treehouse.

THE SPACE
Enter through the front porch into the quant sitting room with a smart TV. You have a small kitchenette with a 2-burner cooktop, dishwasher, microwave single serve coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. Sorry, there is NOT A REGULAR OVEN. The dining area seats 4 guests and a high top at entry is comfortable for 3 guests.

Behind the spiral staircase and off the kitchen is a bedroom with a full size bed (32" smart TV), adjoining a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub with a shower. Beyond this bedroom is a hall bathroom with a shower for additional guest use.

Winding up the spiral staircase (15-steps) to the loft area are 2 full size beds (32" smart TV), 2 seat sofa and a chair, with access to the screened in upper porch.

Note:

This home is connected via a breezeway to the adjacent house, Palmetto Cottage. The breezeway connects to Palmetto Cottage's garage via a locked door that leads into Palmetto Cottage. You will not have access to Palmetto Cottage or the garage.

There is NOT a washer and dryer in The Treehouse, nor an oven.

If you need more space, consider renting both!

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
